Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership and Payment

• The membership is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

• Monthly payment is made via invoice or another agreed-upon payment method with the customer.

• The membership runs for at least three (3) months and can be canceled at any time thereafter.

• If payment is not received on time, Glansa Skincare has the right to suspend the membership until payment is received.

2. Membership Benefits and Discounts

Discounts on treatments:

• Basic members: 15% discount on other treatments.

• Advanced members: 25% discount on other treatments.

• Premium members: 35% discount on other treatments.

Discounts on skincare products:

• Basic members: 10% discount on products.

• Advanced members: 15% discount on products.

• Premium members: 20% discount on products.

The discounts only apply to regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Members have prioritized booking for their treatments.

• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged as if the treatment was completed.

• If a member misses a scheduled treatment without canceling, the treatment is lost for that month.

4. Transfer of Treatments

• Members can transfer up to three (3) service credits within a 12-month period to another person.

• The transfer must be approved in advance by Glansa Skincare and only applies to treatments included in the membership.

5. Changes and Updates

• Glansa Skincare reserves the right to change terms, treatments, prices, and membership benefits with reasonable notice.

• Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

6. Limited Memberships and Re-entry

• The number of memberships is limited, and spots may fill up quickly.

• If a customer chooses to cancel their membership, they cannot rejoin within the same calendar year.

• Any reentries after a one-year break depend on available spots and approval from Glansa Skincare.

7. General

• Membership is only valid at Glansa Skincare in Gothenburg.

• Glansa Skincare reserves the right to deny membership or terminate a membership if the rules are not followed.
